At Looking Beyond the Surface we hold the safety of our staff, clients and the public of highest regard. Our Quality Management System offers a service that follows strict Occupational Health & Safety Procedures. We ensure all our qualified technicians work and follow the correct and safe working practices.
Our technicians are trained to determine the extent of quarantine required for each specific job. This can be from what type of PPE has to be worn, through to completely isolating a premise to ensure the safety of all persons.
All staff and contractors are required to undergo a site induction once Looking Beyond the Surface has taken control of a site. No persons will be allowed to enter a work area without the express permission of Looking Beyond the Surface Management.
Looking Beyond the Surface have a dedicated team of qualified technicians trained in accordance with ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mould Remediation. We also follow the procedures as set out in the Australian Mould Guidelines (AMG).
Looking Beyond the Surface is a member of the Interactive Training International Institute and is qualified by service and examination for ITI Certification in Complete Water Damage.

Looking Beyond the Surface endeavours to use local labour from the region where the current works are being carried out to support the local community where possible. When required to work in teams (job specific) each team is supervised by one of our trained technicians who is onsite at all times.
